The Supplier is required to provide a quality warranty for the goods being supplied. The warranty period
must be at least 12 (twelve) months from the date the goods are delivered to the recipient.
• The Supplier is required to provide a 12 (twelve)-month warranty service period for the
goods being supplied.
• The Supplier must be an official partner of the manufacturer of the goods being purchased and
be located within the territory of the Kyrgyz Republic. This must be confirmed by a partnership certificate from the
manufacturer.
• The Supplier is required to provide an accompanying authorization letter from the manufacturer
for the goods being supplied.
• Warranty service for the goods must be performed at the manufacturer’s service center.
All spare parts installed on the goods during the warranty period
must be manufactured and certified by the manufacturer of the goods.
